In our application laboratory, there is a wet section where textile pre-treatment applications such as pad batch, pad steam and exhaust are carried out; and a finishing section where finishing applications are made.
With both our Volumetric and Coulometric Karl Fischer devices, moisture analyzes are performed with the method most suitable for the sample, and end group analyzes are performed with our potentiometric titrators.
Our fume hoods are very environmentally friendly. They will cover their own costs with the energy savings they will provide within 2 years.
While it produces 0.1-2.0 kg scale product in experimental studies, this rate can go up to 20-25 kg scale in pilot reactors. After the production process is designed in pilot productions, industrial scale productions are started. This ensures successful commercialization of R&D products.
We have worked with industrial ceramics so that our countertops are resistant to even the strongest acids and bases. Strong acids and bases can be easily wiped off, even 24 hours after spilling.
In our physical testing department, many of the ISO-DIN-TSE standards (Explosive Strength, Pilling, Tearing Strength, Elongation, Wrinkle Resistance, Phenolic Yellowing, Spectrophotometer, Waterproof Test etc.) are applied.
We have a specially designed chemical sample room with conditioning feature and flame resistant.
The most important resource of our laboratory is our employees. We consist of two teams that develop synthesis and special formulation. On the synthesis side, chemists with a minimum of master's degree or doctorate work. Our teammates on the textile side have about 7-10 years of industry experience. Especially thanks to the products we synthesize and our high industry experience, we are able to offer solutions that are profitable to our customers in terms of price / performance.

We have designed a very pleasant cafeteria, library and study area in the laboratory so that our teammates can spend more time together and communicate more.
Considering the industry we work in, our Instrumental Analysis Laboratory has a large inventory of devices. This inventory offers us the opportunity to analyze materials as rheumatographic, spectroscopic, gravimetric and titrimetric. Here, raw material quality control, final product, in-process control and competitor product analysis are performed.

In this laboratory, just like in airplanes, all the air is renewed once every 3 minutes.
Contact angle and surface tension measurements of our products are carried out with our Contact angle tensiometer.
Fabric analyzes are carried out in our optical microscopes, which offer 128 times and 1000 times magnification.
We have designed different quiet rooms for private meetings and moments of isolation.
Characterization studies are carried out with our devices such as GC-MS, GPC, FTIR, UV, TGA, and particle size measurements are made with our Zetasizer device for emulsions and dispersions.
In our coating department, applications of our polyurethane and other coating products are carried out.
